Do I need a permit to rent a dumpster?
You don’t need a permit to keep your dumpster rental on private property, such as your driveway or jobsite. To place your roll off container in the street, you may need a permit. Reach out to the city of Loma Linda's Public Works Department before we deliver your bin. Wherever you choose to keep your roll off dumpster, be sure it’s a flat, paved spot convenient for your workspace and accessible to our driver. Contact our team if you need help finding a good deliver spot for your bin.
Will my dumpster rental have a door?
Yes, all our Loma Linda roll off containers have a loading door to help make the cleanup process easier and more efficient. Use it to walk heavier and bulkier items inside your roll off dumpster first. Or, use a wheelbarrow to collect your debris and roll it inside. Be sure to spread the items evenly to distribute the weight, then toss your lighter materials over the sides or walk them in. Before we pick up your bin, close and secure the loading door and make sure nothing is sticking above the fill line or over the sides.

1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
