Do I need a permit to rent a dumpster?
The city of Marshall requires you to get a Dumpster Permit if you are ordering a bin that is 20 yards or larger. You will also need a Right of Way Permit if you’re placing your roll off container in the street. If you have a flat, paved area on your property for your bin, you do not need the Right of Way Permit. This could be your driveway, or a designated waste area on a construction site. Is there a right way to load a roll off dumpster?
It's best to load your roll off container as evenly as possible. We recommend walking your heaviest items through the swinging door first. Spread the items out to distribute the weight. Then, you can throw your lighter debris over the side of the bin to fill in the remaining space. Make sure there is no debris hanging out of the sides or sticking out of the top when you request pickup. This ensures a safe and successful disposal.
