Do I need to be there when my dumpster rental arrives?
You don’t have to be present when we drop off your roll off dumpster. Just make sure your area is clear of any obstacles. If you plan to keep your roll off container in your driveway, move any vehicles to your garage or street and make sure all gates are open. On construction sites, keep the spot clear of any equipment or debris. Planning on street placement? Ask the town of Montague’s Department of Public Works ahead of time to see if you’ll need a permit.
How should I load my roll off dumpster?
The most efficient way to load your dumpster rental is to start by walking heavy items through the loading door. You can also walk items in with a wheelbarrow. Spread the materials evenly throughout your roll off container to use the space efficiently. Then, toss lighter items in over the sides, or walk them in to fill in any empty spaces. To ensure a successful pickup, make sure nothing is sticking out the top or over the sides of your bin.

2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
