Can my dumpster rental go in the street?
Yes, we can deliver your roll off dumpster to the street, as long as the area is flat and paved. However, you may need a permit ahead of time. Check with the town of Norfolk's Department of Public Works for permitting information. We can also drop off your bin on private property, like your driveway or jobsite, if needed. Wherever you decide to keep your roll off container, make sure the spot is close to your workspace. Our team can help you find the right drop-off spot if you’re not sure where to keep your dumpster.
Why can I only partially fill my roll off dumpster with certain materials?
Each of our dumpster rentals have a weight limit included in your quoted price. Landfills charge disposal costs by the ton, so going over that limit results in a per-ton overage fee. When you're throwing away heavy materials, like concrete, it’s usually best to only fill your dumpster halfway to avoid going over your weight limit. If your roll off container is too heavy, our driver won't be able to pick it up to take to the landfill. You can use our weight calculators ahead of time to help estimate your tonnage of debris and find the right size bin.

How It Works
1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
