Where should I keep my roll off container?
Choose a flat, easily-accessible area for your dumpster rental delivery, such as a parking lot or your driveway. If your driveway is sloped to the extent that cars require a parking brake, we will not be able to place a roll off container there. Depending on your location, we could place your roll off dumpster in the street, though you might need permission from Sandy's Streets Department.
Will my dumpster rental have a weight limit?
Yes, our roll off dumpsters have set weight limits that reflect the volume of debris included in your flat rate. If you go over this limit, you will pay a per-ton overage fee. Use our weight calculator to estimate the tonnage of your debris before you rent a dumpster, or let us know how much and what types of debris you plan to throw away. Our experienced team can help you decide which size is right for your job.

How It Works
1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
