When will my dumpster rental arrive?
We can usually deliver your roll off dumpster in one to three business days, depending on local availability. You don’t need to be present for delivery as long as our driver can reach your drop-off spot. Open any gates and clear the area of obstacles, including vehicles and equipment, ahead of time. Consider marking the delivery spot with cones or chalk so we know exactly where you want your roll off container placed. Planning to keep your bin in in the street? Contact Alpine’s Engineering and Public Works Department before delivery to see if you need a permit.
What if it rains while my roll off dumpster is on-site?
If you’re expecting rain or snow while renting a dumpster, secure a tarp over your bin with bungee cords or tie-down straps. If you don’t, standing water will pool in your roll off container and add weight to absorbent materials. This includes dirt, carpet and upholstered furniture. Remember your dumpster has a weight limit and going over it will result in an extra fee. Reach out to our team if you need help preparing for inclement weather during your cleanup.

1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
