Do I need to be there when my roll off dumpster arrives?
You don’t need to be present for delivery, but be sure we can access the drop-off spot. This means opening any entry gates to your property and moving potential obstacles out of the way. Consider marking the spot with cones or chalk so we know exactly where you want the roll off container placed. You can also lay down plywood to protect your driveway from scratches. If you’re planning to keep your dumpster rental in the street, contact the city of Cedar Hills’ Streets Department to see if you’ll need a permit before delivery.
Will my dumpster rental have a weight limit?
Yes, each of our roll off dumpsters has a set weight limit based on the amount of debris covered within your quoted price. As long as you stay under that weight limit, you won’t receive any extra charges. But if you overfill your bin, you will receive an extra charge based on the landfill’s per-ton overage rate. 2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
