How do I get ready for my dumpster rental delivery?
Move any vehicles or equipment away from your drop-off area and open any gates to the property so our driver can access the delivery spot. You may want to lay down plywood to protect your driveway from scratches or other damage. If there's a specific spot you want your roll off dumpster placed, you can mark it off with tape or traffic cones. If you need to keep your bin in the street, check with Sawmills’ Public Works & Sanitation Department to see if you need a permit ahead of time.
How should I load my roll off container?
Start by walking larger items into your bin through the swinging door. Be sure to space heavy items evenly throughout the roll off dumpster to distribute the weight. Then, toss lighter items over the sides. It’s a good idea to review our list of prohibited items to make sure we accept your debris. Before pickup, be sure no items stick above the dumpster rental’s walls and nothing hangs over its sides. This ensures our driver can safely haul away your bin. 3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
