Do I need to be present for my roll off dumpster delivery?
You don't have to be present for drop-off, unless your property is gated and needs to be unlocked for our driver. Just make sure the delivery spot is accessible and clear before your roll off container arrives. This means moving potential obstacles out of the way and opening any entry gates to your property. What can't I dispose of in my dumpster rental?
While we accept most debris types, you can't throw flammable and hazardous waste in our roll off containers. This includes oil, asbestos, paint and household chemicals. You can't dispose of bulky tires and railroad ties in your bin either. Not only do these materials raise health concerns at the landfill, they may damage your roll off dumpster. 2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
