Do I need a permit for my dumpster rental?
If you're having our driver drop off your roll off container on private property, such as a driveway or jobsite, you don't need a permit. To have your bin dropped off in the street, you'll need to fill out a Public Works Permit from the city of Tualatin's Engineering Division. What should I do if it rains while I’m renting a dumpster?
In the case of inclement weather, cover your dumpster rental with a tarp to keep out rainwater. Secure the tarp with bungee cords or strap, so it doesn't blow away. Standing water will soak absorbent materials, like household junk and dirt, adding weight to your bin. Each of our roll off containers has a weight limit included in your quoted price. Landfills charge disposal costs by the ton, and going over this weight limit results in a per-ton overage fee. 3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
