Do I need to be present for my dumpster rental delivery?
When you work with us, you don't need to be home for your dumpster rental delivery, but you do need to prepare the area beforehand. You are responsible for ensuring that the spot you’ve chosen for the bin is entirely free of obstructions. Make sure to open any gates and park your vehicles in the garage or on the street. On construction sites, simply keep the delivery area clear of any equipment or debris.
Will my roll off dumpster have a door?
Yes, all of our dumpsters feature a door that allows you to walk heavy or bulky items inside the container safely. You can also use the door to easily roll your debris inside the bin using a wheelbarrow. As you fill your dumpster, try to space your items throughout the bin to keep the weight evenly distributed, and make sure nothing is hanging over the sides.
Where should I place my dumpster?
When you call to rent a dumpster, we can help you find the best place for your roll off container. Our bins should be kept on a smooth, flat surface, with no overhead obstacles. A driveway is normally the best spot for projects at home. If you don’t have space in your driveway, we may be able to place the dumpster on the street. If street placement is the best option for your roll off dumpster rental, apply for an Encroachment permit from the city of Dana Point.
