Why can I only partially fill my dumpster rental with certain materials?
If you're tossing heavy debris, you can only fill your roll off dumpster partway to avoid going over your bin's weight limit. Each of our containers has a weight limit included in your rate, and going over that limit results in a per-ton overage fee. By staying within your limit, you ensure the dumpster won't be too heavy for our driver to pick up. Not sure how much your materials weigh? Use our weight calculator to estimate the tonnage ahead of time.
Where is the best place to put my dumpster?
You need to keep your dumpster rental on a flat, paved surface, like your driveway or a designated waste area on a jobsite. We can also deliver your bin to the street, but you may need a dumpster permit ahead of time. Check with the city of Mission Viejo for permitting information.

4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
