1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.

We can also haul away electronics, appliances, mattresses and box springs, but there may be an additional fee. However, there are prohibited items you can never toss in a bin, such as flammable, hazardous and toxic waste.
What size roll off container will I need for my project?
The right size roll off dumpster depends on the type and amount of debris you’re getting rid of. A 10 yard dumpster is usually best for a small room cleanout, while a 40 yard container works for most construction projects. Where should I keep my roll off dumpster?
When you rent a dumpster, you need to keep it on a flat, paved surface. For residential projects, your driveway is usually best. On construction sites, a designated waste area typically works better. We can also deliver your roll off container to the street, but you may need a dumpster permit from the city of San Clemente ahead of time.
