Where should I park my roll off dumpster?
You can park your bin on any flat, paved surface that is easily accessible to our driver. We recommend keeping the bin on a concrete driveway or in a private construction site. You can keep your dumpster rental in the street as long as you have an Encroachment Permit from the city of Gilroy. If you have any other questions about dumpster placement, contact our team.
Is it a problem if it rains during my dumpster rental period?
Because rain can soak through absorbent materials and weigh them down, you could surpass your dumpster’s weight limit. Exceeding this weight limit results in an extra fee. To avoid this, cover the top of your roll off container with a waterproof tarp. Secure the tarp using bungee cords so it doesn’t blow away in the wind. 2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
