Do I need to cover my roll off dumpster if it rains?
Heavy rain can fill the dumpster rental with standing water and saturate your debris, making your load heavier than normal. Exceeding your bin’s maximum weight limit may result in additional charges, so we recommend covering the dumpster if it storms. The easiest way to cover your roll off container is to secure a tarp over the top with bungee cords so the wind doesn't blow it away. When I rent a dumpster, where should I keep it?
In most cases, your driveway is the best spot for a roll off dumpster. On construction sites, keep the bin in a designated waste area set away from equipment and other potential obstacles.
