Do I need to be present for my dumpster delivery?
You do not need to be present for your dumpster rental delivery, unless your property is gated and would need to be unlocked for our driver. Just make sure the spot you’ve chosen for the bin is open and clear for the entire day. Park your vehicles in your garage or on the street if you plan to keep your roll off container in the driveway. Additionally, if you're having your dumpster placed in the street, you'll need to apply for a Temporary Encroachment Permit for Debris Boxes ahead of time.
What items cannot go in my dumpster rental?
While we accept most types of debris, certain materials are not allowed to be disposed of using a roll off dumpster in Mountain View. Paint, liquid wastes, pesticides, batteries, motor oil and tires are prohibited because they may pose a significant safety hazard or could damage the container.
