Do I need to be present for my dumpster delivery?
You do not need to be on-site for your dumpster rental delivery, unless your property is gated and would need to be unlocked for our driver. Just make sure the spot you’ve chosen for the bin is accessible for the entire day. If the roll off container will be in your driveway, you should park your cars on the street or in the garage. On construction sites, simply keep the delivery area clear of any equipment or debris.
Will my roll off dumpster have a weight limit?
Yes, each of our dumpster rental sizes has a set weight limit which reflects the amount of debris that is covered in your quoted price. Going over that limit will result in an additional per-ton disposal fee. Use our weight calculator to help you estimate the tonnage of your debris ahead of time and decide which dumpster to rent.
Where should my dumpster rental be dropped off?
When you call to rent a dumpster, we’ll discuss the best drop-off location. Roll off dumpsters should be kept on a smooth, flat surface, with no overhead obstacles that would get in the way of our truck. A driveway is typically the best spot for home projects. If you don’t have space in your driveway or if it’s on an incline, we may be able to place the dumpster on a street adjacent to your property. If street placement is the best option for your dumpster rental, contact the city of Kent's Development Department for permission to occupy the public right-of-way.

How It Works
1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
