Will I need a permit for my dumpster rental?
You can have your roll off dumpster on private property, like your driveway or jobsite, without a permit of any kind. However, you must get a Right-of-Way/Excavation Permit if you plan to keep your bin in the street or have it blocking the sidewalk. Contact the city of Ladue to apply for one. Have more questions about permits or choosing a spot for your container? We’ll answer them when you rent a dumpster.
Should I mark the spot for my roll off dumpster delivery?
You don’t have to, but marking the drop-off location ensures we place your roll off container exactly where you want it. Use plywood, traffic cones or colored tape to show where you want your bin delivered. If you’re worried about damaging your driveway, laying down plywood is an effective way to prevent unwanted scrapes and scratches. 4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
