Do I need to be there when you deliver my roll off dumpster?
We take detailed placement notes when you order so it's not necessary for you to be around on delivery day. Just make sure our driver can access the drop-off site by opening entry gates and moving obstacles beforehand. If you'd like to keep your roll off dumpster in the street or blocking a sidewalk, you might need to get a dumpster permit from your local municipality ahead of time.
Should I cover my dumpster rental?
Covering your roll off container is a great way to keep your debris dry and prevent objects from blowing away. Opt for a waterproof tarp, especially when there's snow or rain in the forecast. When absorbent materials get wet, they'll become heavier and can push you over your dumpster's weight limit. Secure the tarp along the sides and at the four corners of your roll off dumpster using bungee cords or tie-down straps. Just make sure you remove it before pickup so our driver can easily haul away your bin.
How should I fill my roll off container?

3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
