Can I keep my dumpster rental on my property?
Yes, as long as you have a flat, paved spot for our driver to deliver your roll off container. Your driveway is ideal for residential jobs. For construction projects, pick a dedicated waste area at your jobsite. Make sure the drop-off spot is free of obstacles before your roll off dumpster arrives. We can park your container in the street, but you’ll need a Roll Off Container/Dumpster Permit from the city of New Rochelle’s Department of Public Works. Contact our team for help with permitting or choosing a delivery spot.
Do I need to cover my roll off dumpster?
We recommend covering your dumpster rental in public areas to keep others from tossing debris in your bin. If it rains, you’ll also want it covered to keep materials from absorbing water and adding extra weight. Each roll off container has a weight limit, and exceeding that limit will result in a fee. The easiest way to cover your bin is with a tarp secured with bungee cords or straps. We’ll offer more tips when you rent a dumpster with us.

3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
