Where should I keep my roll off dumpster?
Our driver needs a flat, paved surface to deliver your bin. We recommend your driveway for household projects. On construction sites, a designated waste area free of any equipment is best. We can also deliver your roll off container to the street. But you may need a permit from Orchard Park's Highway Department ahead of time. Wherever you decide to keep your dumpster, make sure it's convenient to your workspace and accessible to our driver. For help finding the right placement, reach out to our team.
Will my dumpster rental have a door?
All our Orchard Park roll off dumpsters have a loading door to help make cleanup easier and more efficient. Start by walking your heavier and bulkier items through the door. Or, collect your debris with a wheelbarrow and roll your materials inside. Then, toss lighter debris in over the sides of your bin, or walk them through the door. Be sure to secure the door at the end of each workday and before pickup so our driver can safely haul away the bin.

1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
