Will my roll off dumpster have a door?
Yes, all of our dumpster rentals have a loading door to make the debris and junk removal process more efficient. Walking your larger and heavier items in through the door is not only safer, but a good way to use the space in your bin efficiently. You can also use a wheelbarrow to collect your trash and roll it inside the container to empty it.
Can I rent more than one dumpster at a time?
There is no limit to the number of roll off dumpsters you can rent at one time. We can provide you with as many as you need, delivered together or staggered. We can also coordinate your deliveries across jobsites. If you are short on space but need multiple containers, we can set up an empty-and-return service so you'll have a fresh dumpster on-site when you need it.
Do I need a permit to rent a dumpster?
You don’t need city permission to keep your roll off container on private property, like your driveway or jobsite. However, you should apply for an Obstruction Permit if you need to place your bin on the street or blocking the sidewalk. How Our Rental Process Works
1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
