Why can I only fill my dumpster rental halfway with certain materials?
When getting rid of heavy debris like brick or concrete, you should only fill your roll off dumpster halfway to avoid exceeding your weight limit. This will also ensure the container can be removed by our truck. Not sure how much your junk weighs? Use our weight calculator to estimate the tonnage of your debris. Our team can also provide empty-and-return service so you can quickly get back to work once your first round of debris is hauled away.
Why are there fees for disposing of certain materials?
Certain materials such as electronics, appliances, box springs or upholstered furniture require additional processing, increasing their disposal costs. These fees usually come from area landfills and transfer stations and apply no matter how the items are thrown out. In addition, there are some items that can never be disposed of in a roll off dumpster, including flammable and hazardous waste items.
Where should I keep my dumpster?
Choose a flat, easily-accessible area for your dumpster rental delivery, such as a parking lot or driveway. If your driveway is sloped to the extent that cars require a parking brake, we will not be able to place a roll off container there. We may be able to place your roll off container in the street, though you'll need to apply for a Right-of-Way Permit from the city in certain locations.

1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
