Do I need to be present for my dumpster rental delivery?
No, you don't need to be there when your roll off dumpster arrives. Just make sure to clear the drop-off area of any obstacles, like parked cars and equipment, the night before. You can mark the delivery spot with plywood or cones, but you don't have to. Also, be sure to unlock any gates and provide our driver with any necessary codes. If you need to keep your bin in the street, you may need to get a permit ahead of time. Check with the town of Mansfield's Public Works Department for permitting information.
What should I do if it rains while I’m renting a dumpster?
If it rains during your dumpster rental period, cover your bin with a tarp. Be sure to secure the tarp with bungee cords or straps so it doesn't blow away.
