Can I keep my dumpster rental on private property?
Yes, you can keep your roll off dumpster on private property, like your driveway or jobsite. Just make sure the area you choose is flat, paved and accessible to our driver. We can also deliver your roll off container to the street, but you'll need an Encroachment Permit from San Joaquin County's Public Works Department. What should I do if it rains while I'm renting a dumpster?
If it rains during your dumpster rental period, cover your bin with a tarp. Secure the tarp with bungee cords or straps to prevent it from blowing away. If left uncovered, rainwater may pool at the bottom of your roll off container, making absorbent materials heavier. Each of our bins has a weight limit, and going over the limit results in a per-ton overage fee. Covering your dumpster should help you avoid weather-related fees.
