How should I prepare for my dumpster rental delivery?
Make sure the drop-off area is clear of any obstacles, like parked cars, large equipment and hanging wires or branches. When I rent a dumpster, is there a right way to load it?
The easiest and most efficient way to load your dumpster rental is to start with your heaviest and bulkiest materials. Depending on your project, this could be bricks, large furniture or other heavy debris. Walk them through the dumpster door and spread them evenly throughout the space. Then, throw lighter items in over the sides of your bin, or walk them inside. Be sure when you finish that nothing is sticking out of the top or hanging over the sides of your dumpster. This will ensure a successful pickup.

3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
