How should I prepare for my dumpster rental delivery?
To prepare for your roll off dumpster delivery, clear the drop-off area the day before. Move parked cars, equipment and other obstacles out of the way. If there are gates in front of your property, be sure to unlock them or provide our driver with the necessary codes. You can lay down plywood or set up cones to mark the delivery spot, but you don't have to. Keeping your roll off container in the street? You may need a permit. Get in touch with the city of Riverview's Public Works Department for permitting information.
When I rent a dumpster, what can I toss?
You can toss a variety of materials in our Riverview dumpster rentals. We can haul away yard waste, construction debris and household junk, including electronics and appliances. You can also throw away mattresses and box springs. However, there may be an additional charge because these items require extra processing at the landfill. It's important to note some materials can never go in a roll off dumpster. Prohibited items include railroad ties, car tires, gasoline, paint and other flammable or hazardous waste. 3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
