What should I do before my dumpster rental arrives?
After you've scheduled your roll off dumpster delivery, you'll need to make sure the drop-off area is clear of any obstacles. If you plan on keeping the container in your driveway, move any vehicles to your garage or the street and make sure all gates are open. On construction sites, simply keep the delivery area clear of any equipment or debris.
Will my roll off dumpster have a weight limit?
Yes – each of our roll off containers have a set weight limit that reflects the amount of debris that is covered within your quoted price. Going over that limit will result in an additional fee. Use our weight calculators to help you estimate your tonnage and decide which dumpster size to rent. You can also give us a call for an expert opinion from one of our team members.
Where will my dumpster rental be dropped off?
When you call to rent your dumpster, we'll work with you to pick a drop-off location. A flat, open area such as a parking lot or driveway typically works best. If your driveway has overhead obstacles, we may not be able to place a roll off container there. Want to place your dumpster on the street? You'll need to fill out a Street Use Permit application with the city of Excelsior. You can also get in touch with our team, and we'll answer any questions you have about the permit process.

How Our Rental Process Works
1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
