Yes, all of our dumpster rentals include a set weight limit. Landfills charge disposal costs by the ton, and this reflects the total amount of debris that is covered in your flat rate. Going over your weight limit will result in a per-ton overage fee. Before ordering, you can estimate the tonnage of your debris using our weight calculator.
Where will my dumpster rental be dropped off?
When you call to rent a dumpster, we can help you find the best drop-off location. Roll off dumpsters should be kept on a smooth, flat surface, with no overhead obstacles that would get in the way of our truck. A driveway or parking lot is typically the best spot. If your driveway is on an incline or there isn't enough space, we may be able to place the dumpster on a street outside your home. If this is the best option for your dumpster rental, contact the city of Chanhassen to see if you’ll need a Obstruction of Right of Way permit.
