How do I get my roll off dumpster removed?
Once you are finished with your debris or junk removal project, you can easily go online and schedule a pickup in just a few clicks. Still have more to clean up? We can provide ongoing empty-and-return service until your job is complete.
Why can I only partially fill my dumpster rental with heavy materials?
When getting rid of heavy materials such as brick or concrete, you can only fill the roll off dumpster halfway to avoid exceeding the container's weight limit. This will ensure the dumpster can still be removed by our truck. Not sure how much your materials weigh? Use one of our calculators to estimate the tonnage of your debris. Our team can also provide empty-and-return service so you can quickly get back to work once your dumpster rental is emptied.
Do I need a permit to rent a dumpster?
You do not need a permit to keep the dumpster on private property, such as in a driveway or on a construction site. If your roll off container will be in the street, you may need a Right-of-Way Permit from the city of Minnetonka. Our team is happy to assist you with any questions about the permitting process or dumpster rental placement.

2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
