Budget Dumpster For the WIN…

I just moved from California to Connecticut and had a ton of stuff that no longer served its purpose and needed to be trashed. Originally, before I found budget dumpster, I went with 1800junk who were very friendly, but wayyyy overpriced, and I was unable to speak to an actual person to confirm anything until the day of service. The same thing went for a few other well known dumpster companies. I never got to speak with an actual person and the availability was limited for what I needed. Then I came across budget dumpster and put in a request. Almost immediately I received a text from an ACTUAL PERSON. It was Zach L., from Budget Dumpster letting me know he was available to speak at my convenience. Not only was he lightning fast with response time, but he searched to get me the best deal, informed me of availability and options, never pushed me into anything and was always so quick to respond to my questions or concerns. This last time I used their services I made the mistake of double booking myself. What I mean is I had my dumpster due to be picked up the same day as my POD. The dumpster was blocking the POD and I was worried the POD guys were going to arrive before my dumpster was removed. This was my own fault for mixing up the dates but I shared my concerns with Zach L. From budget dumpster around 6pm the night prior and he not only got back to me right away, but reassured me he was going to call his pickup guys and request the soonest AM pickup. I kid you not they were there at the Crack of dawn. I had to have been the first pickup of the day. I am a customer for life. Zach L., is permanently in my phones contact list. This company has such polite trustworthy and honest people. Susan I spoke with on the phone organized everything on a Saturday of Labor Day weekend. The gentleman who delivered and picked up dumpster could not be more polite and respectful and very organized. This company does it right. Trust them. I would recommend them to anyone!
