Delivery driver sucks. Made claim that the dumpster was too full and refused to pickup and called the fired department to report burn pile that was longer burning causing and additional $150 charge...... Originally I wanted a 40 yd dumpster that would hold 4 tons. They did not have it available for me, so they suggested to me to rent a 30 yd dumpster that holds 3 tons They said we charge by the pounds, anything over the 3 tons will be charged extra. I WAS COOL with that.. "just fill it up and we'll just charge you per pound extra" lo and behold when they came to pick up my dumpster the story was different. I only needed it one day not 7. They charged me a $150 to come out and say the dumpster was too full And it was really wasn't that much over. I will never use this business again. They charged additional fee the same day before even notification that the driver even came to house. They are money hungry. Poor service. False advertising. Made a claim to fire department. Yup. They suck.
