Where should I keep my roll off dumpster?

On construction sites, dumpster rentals should be placed in a designated location away from equipment and other potential obstacles. If there isn’t room for a roll off container on your property, street placement may be possible. Should I be there when my dumpster rental arrives?
You don't have to be present for your roll off dumpster delivery, unless you need to open a gate or move potential obstacles for our driver. Just make sure the placement location is clear and accessible for the entire day. If you’re keeping the container in your driveway, make sure all cars are moved into your garage or onto the street. 2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
