Where will my dumpster rental go?
Our driver will deliver your roll off container to a flat paved spot that you choose. It should be near your work area and away from vehicles, equipment or other obstructions. Your driveway is usually best for home-based projects. For construction jobs, choose a designated waste area for your roll off dumpster. If you don’t have room on your property, street placement could be an option. Contact Oakland Township’s Building Department for details and to see if you need a permit ahead of time. The township doesn’t allow obstructions on sidewalks. We’ll help you pick a drop-off spot if you’re unsure.
Will there be a weight limit when I rent a dumpster?
Yes, each of our dumpsters has a set weight limit specified in your rental quote. Going over that limit for your roll off dumpster will result in an overage fee. You can use our weight calculators to estimate the weight of your debris ahead of time. Our dumpster rental team will also learn about your project to help you find the best bin size for your needs.

2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
