However, because the bin may disrupt the flow of traffic, reach out to Baltimore County's Department of Public Works to see if you need a permit. You won’t need a permit if you keep the dumpster on private property, like your driveway or construction site. Wherever you place your roll off dumpster, make sure the delivery spot is away from equipment and other potential obstacles.
Why does it cost more to dispose of certain materials?
Some landfills charge a fee to dispose of debris that requires extra processing. This can include materials such as electronics, appliances and mattresses. We will never accept prohibited items like hazardous waste in our roll off containers for safety reasons.
