Frequently Asked Questions

Where is a good delivery spot for my roll off dumpster?

Keep your dumpster rental on a flat, paved surface that’s convenient for your workflow. If you’re completing a home cleanout or improvement project, your driveway is usually the best spot. On construction sites, we should place your roll off container in a designated waste and recycling area away from large equipment. Street placement works too, but you need a Dumpster Permit from the city of Scranton before scheduling delivery. Reach out if you need help choosing a drop-off location.

What can’t I dispose of in my dumpster rental?

While we accept most debris types, you can’t throw flammable and hazardous waste in our roll off containers. This includes asbestos, paint, gasoline and household chemicals. You can’t toss bulky items like tires and railroad ties in your dumpster either. Not only do these materials raise health concerns at the landfill, they may damage your bin. Have questions about prohibited items or anything you can’t throw away while renting a dumpster? Call us.

How It Works

1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
